Canon BJC-8500 USB Update - U.S. English

The Canon BJC-8500 USB Update enables you to print from Adobe PressReady 1.0 to a Canon BJC-8500 printer using the USB port. Previously, PressReady 1.0 could only print to a Canon BJC-8500 printer using the parallel port.

Installation Instructions

To install the Canon BJC-8500 USB Update:
1. Make sure that nothing is printing.
2. Move the PR Canon 8500 (U) file included in this archive to the System Folder : Extensions folder.
3. Move the AdobeUSBHose file included in this archive to the System Folder : Extensions : Printing Plug-Ins folder.
4. Restart your computer.
5. Enable USB printing: Open the Chooser, highlight the "PR Canon 8500 (U)" icon, and then click Setup.
