Umberto holds over 14 years’ experience within the digital marketing and data technology landscape. His career experience spans across the agency landscape, publisher ecosystem and the adtech marketplace. His technical expertise included business advisory management at video-centric technology platform, FreeWheel, and leading technical services for Oracle (BlueKai), the marketing cloud and data management platform. In 2016, Umberto co-founded Silverbullet with business partners, Simon Theakston, and Ian James.

Umberto brings a unique technical proficiency of the customer data and technology landscape, having architected data-driven transformation projects and deployed several dozens of migrations and implementations of SaaS solutions across varying tech stacks. His expertise is truly second to none.

Sandy Ghuman
SVP Data Strategy, SBDS Group

Sandy holds 20 years’ experience within digital marketing and data technology, building her career across companies such as Yell, Experian and most recently Sky. Sandy is passionate about leveraging data and technology to customise consumer experiences and has the skills to drive digital targeting capabilities and audience management with proficient understanding of the marketing and advertising cloud marketplace.

Sandy has a passion for all things data and joined SBDS Group in July 2019 to run their global data strategy division. Sandy brings a wealth of knowledge, skill and understanding to the SBDS Group, and will be responsible for the data strategy and implementation for all the businesses clients.

Previously he was Global Product Marketing Manager at Grapeshot prior to becoming Commercialisation Director, EMEA at Oracle Data Cloud post acquisition. He oversees all product strategy, development and activation for programmatic and demand focused features within Bidstack, working with local and global partners on strategic development.

Steve has worked as a technical and digital marketing professional for over 20 years, with extensive experience of defining strategic product direction; devising and implementing go-to-market and long-term audience-centred marketing and experience strategies, as well as developing and executing sales and field training.

Today, Steve heads up product marketing for Adobe’s audience and data platform technologies in EMEA – advising partners and clients how to create audience-centric strategies for digital marketing, experience business and the data platform requirements needed to make it a real-time reality.

David Amodio
Deputy Head of Digital and Innovation, Channel 4

David is responsible for delivering revenue across All 4, Channel 4’s digital estate, as well as its third-party video business. In 2015 David launched Europe’s first programmatic broadcaster buying platform, Premium Video Exchange (PVX) which in 2019 evolved into M4RKETS enabling more sophisticated buys. He is also responsible for All 4’s Innovation product suite ENG4GE which offers advertisers the ability to personalise campaigns and deliver data led creative.

Previously, David oversaw 4 Sales creative strategy and in 2016 launched PL4Y, 4Sales creative approach which works with brands to deliver award winning work through a collaborative workshop approach.
