Sean Donnelly
Sean is a Senior Analyst whose recent research has focused on modern marketing skills, how marketers learn and modern marketing organisational structures. Prior to Econsultancy, Seán led industry engagement at Dublin City University (DCU) Business School where he led the delivery of over 150 digital marketing, ecommerce and elearning consulting projects. An award winning educator, he has lectured in digital marketing at Dublin City University, University College Cork, National University of Ireland and Cass Business School.
Jamie Brighton 
Jamie has worked in digital marketing for over 16 years, 11 of those with Adobe helping clients implement and adopt optimisation, personalisation and behavioural  targeting. He has experience client, agency and vendor-side and has worked in digital marketing for Adobe in EMEA and APAC, covering the South East Asia region.In his current role, Jamie is part of the product and industry marketing team, heading up product marketing for the Adobe Experience Cloud in EMEA. His current areas of focus include mobile optimisation and the role of the marketing cloud in today’s marketing landscape.
Ruphinder Chahal
Ruphinder has come from a performance background, driving commercial output over a range of different channels in his 9 years working for Three. He has been working in e-commerce for the past 3 years, and most recently working alongside Darran, has led the personalisation programme for Three. Responsible for the delivery of online personlisation on three.co.uk, the team have delivered a large ROI in only a short time of being in place, and fundamentally changed the way the business see’s use of the Adobe Experience Cloud (particularly Adobe Analytics and Target), in really leading a data and customer driven approach.
Darran Kolodziej
Darran comes from a statistics background and currently looks after digital insights at Three, with over 12 years experience in Telecoms and CX. Darran has been using Adobe products for the last 7 years, mostly Analytics while creating an insight led approach to development in the digital teams at Three. Darran was part of the duo at Three (with Pindy Chahal) who built the personalisation team and integrated Adobe Target onto the current platform as part of Three’s larger digital Transformation. 1 year later, the team continues to drive ROI into the business through being data led and obsessing about the customer.
