He’ll look at how to develop a seamless customer journey by developing a single platform for content marketing assets and customer insights, without having to rely on IT to launch or revise digital marketing initiatives.

Steve Martins
Vijayanta Gupta is the Head of Product and Industry Marketing at Adobe Systems Europe. He leads Adobe's Industry-specific Go To Market initiatives as well as the Adobe Marketing Cloud Product Marketing initiatives across Europe, Middle-East and Africa regions. He advises senior executives across industries on their Digital Strategy and his perspectives on digital transformation is regularly published at CMO.com. He also serves on the advisory board of Jigserv Digital, a digital marketing company in India, of which he is one of the co-founders. Prior to joining Adobe, Vijayanta has held multiple leadership roles in Accenture, Microsoft and Tata Consultancy Services across UK/Europe, USA and India. Vijayanta holds an MBA in Strategic Marketing, a Master's in Computer Applications and a Bachelors in Physics. He is based out of London and thoroughly enjoys the multi-cultural experience that the city provides.

Etherel Johnson is Head of Architecture, Development and QA for Barclays Internet Content.  Barclays is a transatlantic consumer, corporate and investment bank offering products and services across personal, corporate and investment banking, credit cards and wealth management, with a strong presence in two home markets of the UK and the US.  Having worked in Barclays for over 14 years, he has led the development and introduction of numerous mission critical digital experiences globally.

Paul Brandwood is responsible for all Client Services in EMEA for 3|SHARE an Adobe AEM Specialised Global Solution Partner and Global Digital Marketing Partner Of The Year. 3|SHARE are a subsidiary of Publicis Groupe, which is a French multinational advertising and public relations company, and is the oldest and one of the largest marketing and communications companies in the world, by revenue.
Paul studied Business Studies at Manchester Metropolitan University and also achieved his professional marketing qualifications from the Chartered Institute Of Marketing. Paul has had a long and extensive career with many senior professional services sales and marketing related roles in the IT and Telecoms industries including Oracle, Sun Microsystems, Nortel Networks and Bell Atlantic. Based in Brick Lane in London from the Truman Brewery Paul has aspirations to become a hipster.
Steve Martins
Ben Hutchinson is a Senior Solutions Consultant focusing on Adobe’s Experience Cloud Solutions within EMEA, helping customers to marry data and analytics with content and experiences across digital properties.  Prior to joining Adobe, he spent 9 years in the City in London marketing Asian securities for Goldman Sachs and CICC, a leading Chinese investment bank backed by China’s sovereign wealth fund and Tencent.  At CICC, he held an Executive Director role focussing on China-Europe investment channels where he helped the company to establish operations in London and build its presence within the European investor community.  He has a 1st Class Honours degree from the London School of Economics & Political Science and qualified as an Adobe Certified Expert in Photoshop 5.0 aged 15.
