Product Replacement

If your Adobe branded or Macromedia branded product was stolen or destroyed and you can provide a valid, registered serial number, proof of purchase and a police or insurance report, Adobe will allow you to purchase the replacement product media providing you have the current version. Contact Adobe Customer Service and be prepared to provide your serial number, proof of purchase and a copy of the police or insurance report that lists the stolen or destroyed product.

If you need replacement of an older version, we recommend that you purchase an upgrade to the current version. Because warehouse space is limited, we can stock only current products.


  • Adobe requires a valid registered serial number to place an order for a replacement CD.
  • Contact Adobe Customer Service to place your order by phone. Please be prepared to provide your product serial number.
