Biography
Rick has been using RoboHelp products since 1993. At that time he was working as a telephone Technical support representative for a large call center. During this time, he created an extensive modular WinHelp system that became much sought after, was adopted company wide, served as a model for future systems, and is still in use today. The system was largely created while also working as a support representative during those rare periods of lax time between calls.
Rick thoroughly enjoys participating in the forums for primarily two reasons. First and foremost, he enjoys the ability to assist someone in need. Secondly, he is keenly aware of what it is like to be on the "needing end" and getting a fast accurate response.
His hobbies include: Home theatre, RoboHelp HTML, RoboHelp HTML, RoboHelp HTML, and last but not least, RoboHelp HTML! Did I mention RoboHelp HTML? ;)

This is my personal web space and playground. The site was created and is maintained using RoboHelp HTML, outputting to WebHelp format. Of course, it's a customized implementation of WebHelp. Would you expect anything less from a RoboWizard?
