Macromedia Flash Player Usage Rights

The following page contains legal license rights which supplement and amend the Macromedia end-user license agreement (EULA), provided with the Macromedia Flash authoring software.

Rights to Use Macromedia Flash Player

The players provided to you as part of the Macromedia Flash installation process are provided for testing and development purposes. All rights to use Macromedia Flash Player are governed by the Macromedia Flash Player End User License Agreement.

Rights to Use Macromedia Flash Projector

You may make copies of a Windows or Macintosh projector that you create using Macromedia Flash and distribute those copies solely for internal use (i) by yourself or personnel within your organization or (ii) by one other party on whose behalf you created the projector. Any other use is governed by the Macromedia Flash Run-Time Distribution License.

Macromedia Flash Player Licensing Options

Macromedia provides a range of licensing options for distributing Macromedia Flash Player within corporate intranets, on fixed media, or for porting Macromedia Flash Player to hardware or devices using the Macromedia Flash Player SDK.
