- How do I sign up?
- All you need is an Adobe ID, which consists of an e-mail address and password of your choosing. If you don't have an Adobe ID, you can easily create one via your Elements Welcome Screen. You will receive a verification e-mail upon creating a free or Plus account.
- What is an Adobe ID?
- An Adobe ID is the combination of your e-mail address and a password of your choosing, which gives you access to Plus and free benefits. To learn more, see our Adobe ID FAQ.
- What is a personal URL?
- A personal URL is your unique web address for showing off your publicly shared photo and video albums. This personal sharing page is called My Gallery. You can visit your gallery at any time by clicking the My Gallery tab from Photoshop.com.
- Note that only albums you specifically mark for public sharing will appear on your public gallery page.
- I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
- You can reset your password by simply clicking Forgot My Password at the Sign In area. If you are unable to get to the Sign In area, you are likely already authenticated — try logging out of the service first.
- I'm having trouble verifying my e-mail address or resetting my password. What do I do?
- During the e-mail verification and password reset process, we send an e-mail to your e-mail address. Sometimes your e-mail service or client marks these messages as spam — so be sure to check your junk mail folder.
