System requirements
The Plug-in Power Pack works with the Standard and Production Bundle versions of After Effects 5.5. It is not compatible with earlier versions of After Effects.
Installation instructions
After Effects 5.5 must already be installed on your computer. After downloading and decompressing the Plug-in Power Pack file, please refer to the accompanying ReadMe file to complete the installation process.

Plug-in Power Pack includes:
3D Glasses (formerly CE 3D Glasses)
This effect combines left and right 3D views for stereoscopic viewing. Multiple viewing options include Stereopair or cross-eye for on-screen viewing, interlaced for polarized or shutter glasses, and anaglyph for colored glasses.

Calculations
This effect provides functionality similar to the Calculations command in Adobe Photoshop®. In many cases, a single use of Calculations can replace multiple instances of Shift Channels, Compound Arithmetic, and Pre-composing.

Change to Color (formerly CE Change Color HLS)
Select a color in an image and change it to another color using hue, lightness, and saturation values.

Channel Combiner (formerly CE Channeling)
Extract and view channels in ways previously not available in After Effects and create an alpha from any channel selection.

Checkerboard (formerly CE Checker)
Quickly create checkerboard patterns for use as backgrounds, mattes, transition maps, or textures.

Circle (formerly CE Circle)
Create a customizable circle on the source layer.

Color Link (formerly CE Color Link)
Colorize one layer with the average pixel values of another selected layer. This effect is useful for quickly finding a color that matches the color of a background layer.

Eyedropper Fill (formerly CE Color Picker)
Quickly pick a solid color from a sample point on the original layer, or pick a color value from one layer and use Transfer Modes to apply this color to a second layer.

Magnify (formerly CE Magnify)
This effect can act like a magnifying glass placed over an area of the image, or it can be used to scale the entire image far beyond 100% while maintaining resolution.

Noise Alpha (formerly CE Noise Alpha)
Add uniform or squared noise to the alpha channel of a source layer, while controlling its grayscale values.

Noise HLS (formerly CE Noise HLS)
Use to simulate film grain or to add noise to still or moving footage.

Noise HLS Auto (formerly CE Noise HLS Auto)
This plug-in provides similar functionality to the Noise HLS plug-in, except the noise you create will auto-animate.

Paint Bucket (formerly CE Basic Fill)
This nondestructive paint tool allows you to fill a selected area with solid color.

Radial Shadow (formerly CE Radial Shadow)
Create a shadow from a point light source over the layer it's applied to. The shadow is cast from the alpha channel of the source layer, allowing the color of that layer to influence the color of the shadow as light passes through semi-transparent areas.

Solid Composite (formerly CE Color  Composite)
This effect quickly creates a new solid to composite a layer against, consolidating all the steps involved in creating a new solid, placing it behind the layer, pre-composing the two layers, and switching to the After Effects Modes panel to apply a transfer mode.

Turbulent Displace (formerly CE Turbulent Displace)
Use fractal noise to create turbulent distortions in an image. These distortions are great for creating effects such as flowing water, fun house mirrors, and waving flags.

Windows Media Export
This plug-in offers a comprehensive set of controls to efficiently create Windows Media streaming video content. Users can choose from provided profiles, embed metadata, and independently optimize audio and video.
