The Adobe Support Advisor (ASA) is an AIR-based application that analyzes installer log files and system information. It identifies errors encountered during failed installations of Technical Communication Suite 3 and Creative Suite products. ASA provides links to online documentation with specific steps for correcting the identified installation issues.

The Adobe Support Advisor requires the Adobe® AIR™ runtime.
