The Adobe Support Advisor (ASA) is an AIR-based application that analyzes installer log files and system information. It identifies errors encountered during failed installations of Technical Communication Suite 3 and Creative Suite 3, 4, 5, or 5.5 products. ASA provides links to online documentation with specific steps for correcting the identified installation issues.

The Adobe Support Advisor requires the Adobe® AIR™ runtime.
