In order to install the Adobe Support Advisor, JavaScript must be enabled and the latest Flash Player installed.
The Adobe Support Advisor application also requires the Adobe® AIR™ runtime to be installed.

Adobe Support Advisor inspects the installation log file of an unsuccessful installation of Adobe CS3 or CS4 software. A tech doc link is displayed if a known issue is found.
