How to use the Linux edit PDF command line.

There are a few different tools that can help you when using the Linux PDF command line. The most common is PDFtk, a command-line program for PDF editing.

PDFtk allows use to edit your PDF in several different ways using the Linux command line.

For example, to extract a page from a PDF file, you can run the following command:

This will extract the first page of the input file input.pdf and save it to a new file called output.pdf.

Other tasks that can be performed using PDFtk include merging multiple PDF files into one, splitting a PDF into multiple files, and filling in forms in a PDF.

This will divide the input.pdf into multiple files named prefix_0001.pdf, prefix_0002.pdf, and so on.

This will rotate all pages of the input.pdf 90 degrees counterclockwise and save the result to output.pdf.
