Frequently asked questions

What is Adobe Document Cloud?
Adobe Document Cloud is the world's leading PDF and e-signature tools solution integrated across desktop, mobile, and web. It supports automated digital document and signature workflows to drive business productivity and delightful customer experiences. It includes Adobe Acrobat Pro, Acrobat Sign and Document Cloud apps and services that work separately or integrate with your existing productivity apps, processes, and systems.
Adobe Document Cloud storage is being migrated to Adobe cloud storage, which is also the storage for Adobe Creative Cloud.
What's changing? After migrating to Adobe cloud storage, Acrobat users with Acrobat and Adobe Creative Cloud assets will see supported Creative Cloud files in the shared cloud storage. Similarly, Adobe Creative Cloud users can see Acrobat files under Cloud docs within Adobe Creative Cloud desktop and the Adobe Creative Cloud website. However, user experience around file access workflows for Recents, Favorites, and Reopen on the last closed page remains the same.
Storage limits also remain the same for all types of users — free or paid users.
