DC is a major release for the products listed in the table below. Except for the Acrobat base release, all installers are available through the product’s update mechanism, from the enterprise FTP site, and for some languages, from the Reader Download Center.
The Acrobat DC product family introduces two tracks for both Acrobat and Reader which are essentially different products: “Classic” and “Continuous.” Most end users will install the Continuous track provided from the Reader Download Center. Enterprise organizations will user either the Classic or Continuous track. For details and a comparison of the two tracks, see http://www.adobe.com/go/acrobatdctracks.

Note
If you installed in Trial mode, a 30 day trial screen with Start Trial button appears after the EULA is accepted. With each launch, a Trial screen will appear indicating the number of days left in the Trial.

.%temp%
folder. The new log file name is random, but begins with the letters “MSI” and end with a .log extension. for example, MSI3a1f4.LOG
.Acrobat installs by default in the language of the operating system. More languages can be added or removed after installing Acrobat as follows:
By default, the most recently installed application “owns” the .PDF extension and becomes the default PDF viewer. You can change this behavior during installation or post-installation.
