Adobe Acrobat Sign Solutions (formerly Adobe Sign) is a cloud-based e-signature service that lets you replace paper and ink to easily send, sign, track and manage signature processes on any device. Workflow automation, SSO, advanced authentication and pre-built integrations with Microsoft, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow and more are included with your licence. Learn more.

Electronic signatures are legal, trusted and enforceable in many countries around the world. Laws can vary, but Acrobat offerings provide you with maximum flexibility for your e-signature needs. Acrobat Standard and Acrobat Pro support simple e-signatures and e-signatures with strong identification, while Acrobat Sign Solutions support highly secure, regulated digital signatures in the cloud. You can select the right type of e-signature for each use case and for every signer.

Acrobat Standard and Acrobat Pro plans purchased via Adobe.com include unlimited transactions per user every year. All plans are subject to usage limits ("Use limitations") which are defined in the Terms & Conditions.

Billing is based on the number of users for individual and team plans. Business and enterprise plans can be based on the number of users or number of expected transactions.

Individual plans are designed for small businesses with one user. Our terms of use do not allow multiple individual accounts in an organisation. Team plans are designed for 2-9 users. Our business and enterprise plans are designed for 10 or more users.
