One way to stabilize would be to manually go in frame - by frame and nudge your clip.
And so what is so much faster - and more efficient is just to hit warp stabilizer and it will actually handle - that stabilization for you like magic. -
Apply the Warp Stabilizer effect to a clip to allow After Effects to fix the wiggle in your videos.
Warp Stabilizer yields good results much of the time. However, if you’d like to fine-tune the effect, such as tweaking the scaling and cropping that occurs, you can edit the settings in the Effect Controls panel (Window > Effect Controls).
