Adobe Flash Player Usage Rights

The following page contains legal license rights which supplement and amend the Adobe end-user license agreement (EULA), provided with the Adobe Flash Professional software.

Rights to Use Adobe Flash Player

The players provided to you as part of the Adobe Flash installation process are provided for testing and development purposes. All rights to use Adobe Flash Player are governed by the Adobe Flash Player End User License Agreement.

Rights to Use Adobe Flash Projector

You may make copies of a Windows or Macintosh projector that you create using Adobe Flash Professional or Flash Builder and distribute those copies solely for internal use (i) by yourself or personnel within your organization or (ii) by one other party on whose behalf you created the projector.

Adobe Flash Player Licensing Options

Adobe provides a range of licensing options for distributing Adobe Flash Player within corporate intranets, on fixed media, or for porting Adobe Flash Player to hardware or devices using the Adobe Flash Player SDK.
