Acrobat ermöglicht das Erstellen, Abstimmen und Bearbeiten von PDF-Dokumenten überall, ob am Schreibtisch oder unterwegs. Durch Bereitstellung in Document Cloud hast du alle Tools griffbereit, die du brauchst, um den Workflow zu verwalten. Die Arbeit mit Dateien findet nicht mehr nur am Schreibtisch statt. Dasselbe sollte auch für Software zur Bearbeitung von Dokumenten gelten. Acrobat ermöglicht einen lückenlosen Bearbeitungs- und Gestaltungsprozess, bei dem Entwürfe über Document Cloud bereitgestellt und verfolgt werden können. Damit können Bearbeitung und Abstimmung mit demselben Programm durchgeführt werden.

Felipe ist mit acht anderen Designern für eine Design-Agentur tätig. Das Team arbeitet remote und muss ein großes Arbeitsvolumen in kurzer Zeit bewältigen. Der Abgabetermin für das aktuelle Projekt ist Montag. Felipe sendet dem Kunden deshalb noch am Freitag einen Link zur Überprüfung des Designs. Felipes Kunde nutzt die Werkzeuge zum Kommentieren und Markieren in Acrobat, um Felipe über wichtige Änderungen zu informieren. Zum Beispiel soll das Hauptfoto durch ein Foto ersetzt werden, das der Kunde als Kommentar angehängt hat. Darüber hinaus sollen die Schrift geändert und der Text überarbeitet werden.
Sobald der Kunde die Datei kommentiert hat, wird Felipe automatisch per E-Mail benachrichtigt. Felipe kann die Änderungen des Kunden klar und deutlich nachvollziehen und das PDF-Dokument gleich auf dem Tablet aktualisieren. Er fügt einen Unterschriftenblock in das überarbeitete PDF-Dokument ein und holt damit am Freitag noch vor Feierabend die schriftliche Genehmigung des Kunden ein. Der Liefertermin am Montag kann problemlos eingehalten werden.
