1 Eine PDF-Datei öffnen.
Starte Acrobat, und öffne die PDF-Datei, die du exportieren möchtest. Wenn du unsere Beispieldateien verwendest, wähle die Datei
Summary.pdf für den Export für Word, Analysis.pdf für den Export für Excel oder Overview.pdf für den Export für PowerPoint.
2 Das Werkzeug „PDF-Datei exportieren“ aufrufen.
Klicke in der Werkzeugübersicht auf PDF-Datei exportieren. Wähle dann ein Dateiformat wie Microsoft Word
, Arbeitsblatt oder Microsoft PowerPoint. Du kannst die Datei auch in einem anderen Format speichern, z. B. im RTF- oder TXT-Format, als Bilddatei oder als Web-Seite in HTML. Verwende die Optionsfelder, um den gewünschten Dateityp auszuwählen, und klicke auf Exportieren.
3 Die Datei exportieren.
Wähle den Zielordner für die Exportdatei aus, oder klicke auf Anderen Ordner auswählen. Navigiere zum gewünschten Ordner. Gib einen Namen für das Dokument ein, und klicke auf Speichern. Erfahre mehr über das Exportieren von PDF-Dateien mit Acrobat.
Tipp: Wenn du die Datei direkt nach dem Export verwenden möchtest, aktiviere im Dialogfeld „Exportieren“ die Option Datei nach Export öffnen

4 In Office bearbeiten.
Öffne die exportierte Datei in Word, Excel oder PowerPoint, falls sie noch nicht geöffnet ist. Das Dokument wurde im nativen Office-Format erstellt, sodass du Text, Bilder und sonstige Elemente wie in jedem anderen Office-Dokument bearbeiten kannst.
