In diesem Beispiel geht es um einen Vertrag für eine hochwertige Küchenrenovierung.
Einen Vertrag zur Unterzeichnung vorbereiten und versenden
Das ist der Vertrag, den wir zur Prüfung versenden wollen.
Scrolle zu der Seite, auf der die Unterschrift erfolgt.
Klicke im Bedienfeld „Tools“ auf „E-Signaturen anfordern“.
Gib die E-Mail-Adresse und den Namen der Person ein.
Ich gebe „Sarah Anderson“ ein, da sie die Hauptansprechpartnerin ist.
Klicke auf „Dokument vorbereiten“, um zum nächsten Schritt zu gelangen.
Klicke in das Feld über der Unterschriftszeile, um es zu einem E-Signatur-Feld zu machen.
Klicke neben „Datum“, um es zu einem Datumsfeld zu machen.
Wenn du fertig bist, klicke auf „Prüfen und senden“.
Überprüfe die Angaben, und klicke dann auf „Senden“.
Eine Erfolgsmeldung bestätigt den Versand.
Du erhältst auch eine E-Mail von Acrobat Sign, die bestätigt, dass der Vertrag zur Unterzeichnung versendet wurde.

Sehen wir uns an, wie die empfangende Person den Vertrag unterschreibt.
In diesem Beispiel erhält Sarah Anderson eine E-Mail mit der Bitte um ihre Unterschrift.
Sie klickt in der E-Mail auf „Überprüfen und unterzeichnen", um das PDF in einem Browser anzuzeigen.
Sie sieht, dass es zwei Pflichtfelder gibt.
Sie klickt, um den Vertrag zu unterschreiben.
Dann klickt sie, um das Datum ihrer Unterschrift anzugeben.
Mit „Senden" geht der Vertrag zurück an den Absender.
Hier ist die Bestätigungs-E-Mail von Acrobat Sign.
Sie zeigt, dass der Vertrag unterschrieben wurde.
