In einem Schritt eine Fußnote erstellen.
Setze den Cursor in einen Text, und mache einen Rechtsklick. Wähle „Fußnote einfügen“. Gib den Text für deine Fußnote ein. Im Text wird eine Referenznummer platziert, und die Fußnote erscheint am unteren Rand des Textrahmens. In neueren Versionen von InDesign erstreckt sich diese Fußnote automatisch über alle Spalten des Textrahmens.
Wenn du ein Dokument bearbeitest, das mit einer älteren Version von InDesign erstellt wurde, kannst du diese Einstellung manuell festlegen (siehe nächster Abschnitt).
Eine spaltenübergreifende Fußnote erstellen
Wähle den Textrahmen aus, und mache einen Rechtsklick. Wähle „Textrahmenoptionen“. Wähle auf der Registerkarte „Fußnoten“ die Optionen „Abweichungen aktivieren“ und „Fußnoten spaltenübergreifend darstellen“. Klicke dann auf „OK“.
Alle Fußnoten spaltenübergreifend machen.
Damit sich alle Fußnoten in deinem Dokument über alle Spalten in Textrahmen erstrecken, wähle „Schrift > Optionen für Dokumentfußnoten“. Wähle auf der Registerkarte „Layout“ die Option „Fußnoten spaltenübergreifend darstellen“ aus. Klicke auf „OK“.
