Ich zeige dir, wie einfach das mit der neuen Funktion „Mit Adobe Express (beta) bearbeiten“ in InDesign geht.
Ich habe diesen Flyer für ein Musik-Event und zwei Bilder, die ich einfügen möchte.
Bei einem soll der Hintergrund entfernt und in Schwarz-Weiß umgewandelt werden.
Beim anderen füge ich einen einfachen Duplex-Effekt hinzu.
Beginnen wir mit dem ersten Bild.
Eine Datei aus Illustrator in InDesign öffnen
Ich wähle es aus, klicke auf der kontextbezogenen Task-Leiste oder im Menü „Bearbeiten“ auf „Mit Adobe Express (beta) bearbeiten".
Jetzt öffnet sich das Bedienfeld von Express.
Während ich dieses Tutorial aufnehme, befindet sich diese Funktion in der Beta-Phase.
Sie wird in der neuesten Version von InDesign verfügbar sein, wenn du dir das Tutorial ansiehst.
Ich wähle „Hintergrund entfernen“ und lasse das Programm arbeiten.
Dann reduziere ich die Sättigung auf Schwarz-Weiß, bestätige mit „Anwenden“ und wähle entweder „Original ersetzen“ – dadurch wird die ursprüngliche Datei ersetzt – oder „Als neues Bild speichern“, um eine Kopie zu erstellen, die stattdessen verwendet wird.
Das Design bearbeiten und umstylen
Ich ersetze das Original, weil das schneller geht.
Weiter geht es mit dem zweiten Bild.
Ich wähle es aus und bearbeite es ebenfalls mit Express.
Diesmal klicke ich auf „Effekte“ und füge dem Bild einen blau-lila Duplex-Effekt hinzu.
Ich bestätige mit „Anwenden“ und ersetze das Original.
Jetzt kann ich die Bilder an der gewünschten Stelle platzieren.
Und das war’s.
Ich habe zwei schnelle Edits direkt in InDesign vorgenommen, ohne das Dokument zu verlassen.

Eine wichtige Einstellung in Illustrator muss aktiviert sein, damit du ein Dokument direkt in InDesign öffnen kannst, ohne bei null anfangen zu müssen. Text und Vektorgrafiken werden als Elemente importiert, die du sofort bearbeiten kannst.
Das Design bearbeiten und umstylen.
Klicke in einen beliebigen Textrahmen, um Text zu bearbeiten. Verwende Absatzformate, und passe Vektorfarben über das Bedienfeld „Farbfelder“ an. Das vorhandene Design wird lediglich angepasst, nicht neu erstellt.
Verfeinern und exportieren.
Sobald deine Illustrator-Grafik in InDesign importiert ist, kannst du ihr neue Elemente hinzufügen, ihr Layout anpassen und sie dann exportieren – egal ob für Print- oder digitale Zwecke –, ohne von vorn anzufangen.
