Als ich damals hierhergezogen bin, habe ich angefangen, Outer Sunset mit meinem Smartphone zu dokumentieren.
Ein Knackpunkt bei iPhone-Fotos ist der Weißabgleich.
Ich stelle immer zuerst die Regler für Farbbalance richtig ein, um einen wärmeren Ton zu erzeugen, so wie ich ihn beim Fotografieren empfunden habe.
Mit dem Farbmischer in Lightroom passe ich die Farbe der „Tiefen“ etwa an die Farbe der „Lichter“ an.
Wenn die Tiefen eher dunkelgrün wirken, erhöhe ich den Grünanteil.
„Generatives Hochskalieren“ verbessert die Blattstruktur bei Blumen und Büschen.
Ich setze KI als Hilfsmittel ein, denn sie verstärkt nur das, was ich ohnehin schon mache.
Dank der Fotografie nehme ich meine Umwelt viel bewusster wahr.
Wenn ich mich langweile, greife ich einfach zur Kamera.

Schritt 1: Das richtige Licht einstellen.
Kelsey hat dieses Bild bei einem Morgenspaziergang durch ihr Viertel in San Francisco aufgenommen. Über die Regler für „Licht“ passte sie Lichter, Tiefen und Kontrast so an, dass sie die Stimmung widerspiegelten.

Schritt 2: Die Farben intensivieren.
Kelsey passt die Töne oft an Farben auf alten Postkarten an, die sie sammelt. Hier hat sie im Bedienfeld „Farbe“ die Werte für „Temperatur“ und „Tönung“ erhöht und die Farbtöne mit dem Farbmischer optimiert.

Schritt 3: Kühlere Töne erzeugen.
Mit Korrekturen an Tiefen und Lichtern unter „Color Grading“ greift Kelsey gerne die Stimmung auf. „Meine Korrekturen sollen nicht nur zu meinem Stil, sondern auch zum Moment passen.“
