TikTok’s repost feature allows you to repost TikToks that belong to other users from your own TikTok account to share with your audience. The reposting feature allows you to curate content from others to share with your audience, while still crediting the original poster. TikTok began testing the “Repost” button in January 2022 before officially launching the feature in May 2022.

How to repost on TikTok

  1. Pull up the video you want to repost on TikTok.
  2. Press the “Share” button (this is an arrow icon) from the right-hand menu and select “Repost.”
  3. If you wish, add a comment to your repost which will appear like a caption above the username of the original owner of the TikTok.
