How to rearrange pages in a PDF:
Rearrange PDF pages quickly using Adobe Acrobat. Simply drag and drop page thumbnails to change the order, making it easy to organise your PDF exactly how you need it. You can also adjust page sequences or update your document structure in just a few clicks
- Open the Organise Pages tool in Adobe Acrobat. You can find it under Tools > Organise Pages in the right pane.
- Select the page thumbnails you want to move. To select multiple pages, hold Shift and choose a page range.
- Drag and drop the selected thumbnails to rearrange PDF pages in your preferred order.
- To copy a page while you organise your PDF, click a thumbnail and use Ctrl + drag to place it in another location.
- Click Save to apply the new page order and complete the PDF rearrange process. To save as a new file, select “Choose a Different Folder.”
