PANTONE ColorReady controls and predicts color on all output
devices and eliminates the guesswork associated with digital
color. ColorReady is an Xtra extension for FreeHand and a
plug-in for Adobe Illustrator and QuarkXPress. ColorReady
provides a unique color preview window that displays an accurate
soft-proof of how your colors will output. Using Apple ColorSync
device profiles, ColorReady provides the best output of color
from desktop printers while specially developed color data
provides optimal reproduction of PANTONE MATCHING SYSTEM Colors.
Access is included to all Pantone Color Libraries and the
use of spectrometers is supported. These libraries include
over 16,000 colors and the ability to create custom colors
in any of nine color spaces (including six-channel PANTONE
Hexachrome). ColorReady also improves color consistency among
applications by enabling the sharing of calibrated color palettes. |

The Zaxwerks 3D Invigorator is a revolutionary new Xtra extension
for artists and designers wishing to incorporate 3D elements
into Web sites, print illustration, and graphic design work.
3D Invigorator allows the user to take any FreeHand vector
shape, turn it into an ornamental 3D model, light it, cast
reflections upon it, and render it complete with soft shadows,
at any dpi, in RGB or CMYK color. Users can create "what-if
" scenarios with their designs, trying out different looks
as they go. The "alive" nature of the models adds extra flexibility.
The user can go back to a scene at any time, even once it
has been rendered or saved, to adjust any part of the image.
The user can even tweak the shapes of the original vector
artwork and the whole scene will automatically update using
the new shapes. |
