Export the document to PDF format for online viewing

Choose File > Save to save the document. |

Choose File > Export. |

In the Export dialog box, navigate to the folder where you want to save the exported file, type a file name in the File Name text box, and choose PDF (*pdf) from the Save as Type pop-up menu.

Choose the Open in External Application option and click the Browse button to navigate to the Adobe Acrobat Reader application on your computer. |

Click Save. |

FreeHand exports the brochure to PDF format and opens it in Acrobat Reader. |
