Corporate Responsibility Action Teams

We encourage our employees around the world to drive positive change in local communities by participating in our Corporate Responsibility (CR) Action Teams.
Based in 23 of our largest sites around the world, the CR Action Teams leverage employee knowledge and passion, as well as Adobe tools and other resources, to make a meaningful local impact. Team members play an important role in organizing volunteer events, educational opportunities and other activities at the local level.
Action Teams focus on three specific areas: igniting creative confidence in youth, strengthening local communities and supporting a sustainable future. In 2013, the teams galvanized more than 2,900 employees to participate in various volunteer and educational activities.

Adobe Youth Voices Teams
Adobe Youth Voices (AYV) is our global commitment to empower the world’s youth with digital media skills focused on creating social change. Through AYV, we can help youth develop the skills they need to become active and engaged members of their local communities and society at large. Our AYV Teams support this initiative by raising awareness, lending creative expertise and collaborating with our nonprofit partners, among other activities.
Community Teams
Our Community Teams spearhead our efforts to engage employees in Be Involved Month, the Season of Giving, and other community-building events. In addition, these teams organize ongoing activities with our local nonprofit partners. Community Teams also partner with the Adobe Global Giving Team to provide funding to nonprofits through our Community Grants program.
Green Teams
Our first Green Team was formed in 2008 as a grassroots effort to help employees be green at work, at home and in the community. Today our Green Teams organize educational programs, volunteer projects and other activities for their fellow employees, and they also facilitate an ongoing, company-wide discussion about environmental issues.
