In diesem Video zeige ich dir mehrere Wege, wie du Seiten einer PDF-Datei in Adobe Acrobat organisieren kannst.
Als Beispiel dient diese Budgetübersicht für einen Film, für den eine Produktionsfirma Fördermittel sucht.
Ich muss die Datei anpassen, weil sich der Filmtitel geändert hat, eine der Seiten nicht nötig ist und die Zusammenfassung an der falschen Stelle steht.
So gehe ich vor:
Seiten in einem PDF-Dokument ersetzen
Links im Bedienfeld „Alle Tools" wähle ich „Seiten verwalten".
Ich klicke unten rechts auf das Vergrößern-Symbol oder drücke Befehl+ (macOS) oder Strg+ (Windows), um die Miniaturansichten zu vergrößern und die Seiten besser zu sehen.
Probiere das mit den Beispieldateien für dieses Tutorial selbst aus.
Um eine Seite in diesem Beispiel zu ersetzen, markiere die erste Seite, und wähle im Bedienfeld links „Ersetzen".
Navigiere im Dialogfeld zur PDF-Datei, die die neue Seite enthält.
Hier ist das die Datei „Budget New Title Page.pdf".
Wenn du diese Datei öffnest, kannst du im Dialogfeld „Seiten ersetzen" festlegen, was wodurch ersetzt wird.
Du kannst mehrere Seiten oder nur eine einzelne Seite austauschen.
Hier ersetze ich Seite 1 in der aktuellen PDF-Datei durch Seite 1 in der neuen PDF-Datei.
Klicke auf „OK“, und bestätige dann mit „Ja“.
Die Miniaturansicht wird aktualisiert.
Seite 10 kann entfernt werden,
Seiten entfernen und drehen
da sie nur konzeptuelles Bildmaterial zeigt.
Für eine Budgetpräsentation ist das irrelevant, auch wenn mir der Look gefällt.
Markiere sie, und klicke auf das Papierkorb-Symbol.
Bestätige mit „OK“, und weg ist sie.
Übrigens siehst du weitere Werkzeuge, wenn du den Cursor über eine Miniatur führst oder sie markierst.
Du kannst die Seite z.
B. im oder gegen den Uhrzeigersinn drehen.
Im Menü „Mehr“ findest du weitere Tools.
Seiten durch Ziehen neu anordnen
Zum Schluss verschieben wir die Zusammenfassung am Ende direkt hinter die Titelseite – durch einfaches Ziehen.
Sieh dir unbedingt die anderen Optionen an, und überzeuge dich selbst, wie einfach sich PDF-Seiten in Acrobat organisieren lassen.

Lösche überflüssige Seiten, indem du auf das Papierkorb-Symbol klickst, oder drehe Seiten nach Bedarf. Wenn du den Cursor über eine Seite führst oder diese markierst, werden weitere Optionen angezeigt.
