Deine Datei freigeben.
Gib deine Designs und Entwurfsversionen für andere frei, um Feedback zu bekommen und zusammen daran zu arbeiten. Hier erfährst du, wie das geht:
Die Datei, die du teilen möchtest, muss im Adobe Express-Editor geöffnet sein. Klicke oben rechts am Bildschirmrand auf den Button Freigeben. Klicke dann auf Mitwirkende einladen. Im nun angezeigten Fenster kannst du die Zugriffsberechtigungen festlegen, z. B. dass Personen, die einen Link erhalten, die Datei bearbeiten oder nur anzeigen und kommentieren dürfen. Gib die E-Mail-Adressen der Personen ein, die du einladen möchtest. Oder kopiere den Link, um ihn weiterzugeben.
Dateien gemeinsam bearbeiten.
Mit Adobe Express kannst du in Echtzeit mit anderen zusammenarbeiten, um schneller voranzukommen. Lade andere ein, eine Datei per Co-Editing gleichzeitig mit dir zu öffnen und zu bearbeiten. So geht’s:
Die Datei muss in Adobe Express geöffnet sein. Klicke auf Freigeben, und gib die E-Mail-Adressen aller Personen an, die du einladen möchtest. Stelle sicher, dass die Option „Bearbeitung erlaubt“ aktiviert ist. Wenn die Eingeladenen auf den Link klicken und deine Datei bearbeiten, kannst du ihre Cursor-Bewegungen auf deinem Bildschirm verfolgen.
Die Link-Einstellungen lassen sich so anpassen, dass zum Beispiel nur Mitarbeitende deiner Firma oder nur Personen mit dem Link Zugriff erhalten.
Kommentieren und überprüfen.
Im Bedienfeld „Kommentare“ kannst du Anmerkungen zu einer Datei hinzufügen. Klicke auf der Menüleiste oben im Bildschirm auf das Icon Kommentieren
(in der Nähe des Buttons „Herunterladen“). Alle eingeladenen Personen können die Datei über den Link aufrufen und kommentieren – auch wenn sie kein Adobe Express-Konto haben. Sie müssen sich weder anmelden noch für Adobe Express registrieren, was die Zusammenarbeit sehr flexibel macht.
Kommentare, die neu hinzukommen, werden automatisch im Bedienfeld angezeigt. Du kannst Kommentare an einen bestimmten Bereich heften, beantworten, als geklärt kennzeichnen und filtern. So sind Design und Abstimmung übersichtlich in einer Datei geordnet.
