>> It doesn't take a lot to motivate me to create because it's something that's just in me.
[Adobe presents Leah Rama, Savannah College of Art and Design] I'm Leah Rama, and my school is Savannah College of Art and Design.
Sometimes, it's just like the way something is folding or the way the light hits something can really spark an idea.
I'm really drawn to experimental pattern making and just pushing the boundaries.
I use Creative Cloud throughout the process of developing my collection.
I started with some hand sketches and from there took those into Illustrator onto croquis and just did some really quick digital sketches, and that connected with my color library, so that was easy.
Dropped in some colors just to play around.
I did repeat prints and added pixelation and played with the colors in Photoshop.
So, I came up with about a dozen different print designs that I used in my collection.
When I say study fashion design, I get tied more to the word "fashion."
My real counterparts seem to get more tied to the word "design."
It's nice to have someone provide confidence in your work and say, "Hey, this is worth people seeing."
That's really encouraging.
[Make it.
Creative Cloud.]
