Setting up brand libraries in Adobe Express is simple. Just head to your desktop, select “Files”, then click “New Library”. Give it a name, then you can start adding your assets by uploading them or dragging them directly into the library.

Organisation has never been easier, too. If you have multiple assets, you can group them by elements, whether that’s different logos, colour palettes, imagery, typography, or key assets.

Best of all, these can be easily updated and reflected in your branded templates – so your creatives are always up to date.

Share your brand library with team members for easy collaboration.

Build a cohesive brand identity that the entire business can leverage with the click of a button. With Adobe Express, you can easily share your brand library or project for effective cross-team collaboration to optimise your marketing efforts. For example, sharing your current business flyer templates with your sales team for an upcoming launch event.

Simply access your library, click “Share”, then invite team members with their email address or via a link. You can also edit your permissions to allow them to comment or co-edit your designs in real time. Sharing projects in Adobe Express can ensure solid branding across the funnel.

You no longer need to create designs from scratch. Setting up brand templates can ensure consistent branding to fit your marketing materials. Select the icon with three dots and click “Make a template”. Choose a template name, add a note for instructions or directions, and save it to a Brand or Library.

Alternatively, choose an existing template in the Adobe Express library and make it your own. Select the template that resonates with you and click “Start a new file”. From there, you can download or share with your team for creation.
