Save, share and use brand templates as and when needed.
You no longer need to create designs from scratch. Setting up brand templates can ensure consistent branding to fit your marketing materials. Select the icon with three dots and click “Make a template”. Choose a template name, add a note for instructions or directions, and save it to a Brand or Library.
Alternatively, choose an existing template in the Adobe Express library and make it your own. Select the template that resonates with you and click “Start a new file”. From there, you can download or share with your team for creation.
Lock your templates to enforce brand guardrails.
During the editing process, some elements are better left untouched – whether it’s graphic positioning or font alignment. Template locking keeps these specific components in place, allowing users to edit other parts of the design without worry.
Right-click on the element you wish to lock and select “Lock”. The padlock symbol will appear on the element’s border. That means the design can stay consistent and cohesive across all your marketing materials.
Creative Cloud Libraries allows you to keep the latest creative elements accessible across your business. Sign up for Adobe Express for Business today to scale your content easily while staying on brand.
