Adobe PDF Forms Access and accessibility

AdobeĀ® PDF Forms Access is an automatic and interactive tagging tool that authors can use to significantly reduce the amount of time it takes to produce an accessible Adobe PDF form from existing PDF files or scanned paper documents.

Using Adobe PDF Forms Access, you can:

  • Turn any PDF form into a tagged Adobe PDF form
  • Appropriately tag selected content into table objects
  • Easily select multiple text objects to be grouped into a single tag
  • Break up text lines into text objects so that they can easily be tagged individually

Adobe PDF Forms Access is purchased with the Adobe Acrobat Capture 3.0 Agent Pack. It is one of four utilities designed to expand your capabilities in Acrobat Capture 3.0. Yet, since it runs as a standalone tool, it does not require the purchase of Acrobat Capture 3.0 itself.
