This product is no good.
This product worked as advertised for a short while, then quit working entirely. Uninstalled, reinstalled and updated. It would work for a short while and then quit again. Uninstall, reinstall and updated. I would work for a short while again. This cycle has been repeated many times. Now it will not work even with the uninstall, reinstall and update. It's worthless. There are better products on the market.

Converting PDF to Excel Spreadsheet
I am not impressed with Acrobat XI Standard. One of the basic features and reasons for using Acrobat Standard or PRO is to be able to convert a PDF to Excel spreadsheet without affecting the formatting and to keep the integrity of all the data from the PDF. I have used Acrobat 9 for several years and have never had any issues with this feature. Now that I have upgraded to Acrobat XI Standard it changes the date formatting on all my Excel spreadsheets from what the original format was. I know this to be a fact because half of the dates will be correct and the other half will be wrong. This must be a bug because Acrobat XI will convert PDF to word documents without any conversion issues.

HORRIBLE Software
We have never experienced a single software out there, that's been creating as much trouble as this one. Generating a PDF document from documents pulled from a website is a nightmare: our PC freezes, slows down, generates administrator's issues (we cannot save PDF documents to our own HDD !#. The fact that there are updates available for this software, every other day, makes us believe that there are just too many issues with this product..
My recommendation: find another PDF generating software, stay away from this one. This one is a huge waste of time and money.
FYI, this sofware was running just fine under XP, but Windows 7 #64bit), it is ridiculous.

Adobe Review
Using the new version of Adobe Acrobat XI Standard is very easy and user friendly. The tool buttons are also easily accessible. Documents are converted and displayed almost instantaneously and it does not change the formatting.
