Our community involvement efforts are spearheaded by the Adobe Foundation, a private 501(c)(3) foundation created and funded by Adobe Systems Incorporated to leverage human, technological, and financial resources to drive social change and improve the communities in which we live and work. The Adobe Foundation supports innovative programs that further its mission and goals. The Foundation funds and oversees Adobe Youth Voices, our global, signature education program, and a community grants program designed to create strategic, high-impact partnerships with nonprofit organizations.
Adobe Youth Voices empowers young people in underserved communities to speak out on important issues using multimedia tools, including audio, video, digital art, web animation, and photography. The Adobe Foundation enables educators to do this vital work in and out of the classroom by investing in training, software, mentoring, and other resources.
We honor the philanthropic spirit initiated by Adobe founders John Warnock and Chuck Geschke and have created the Adobe Foundation to further their legacy.
We establish respectful and mutually beneficial partnerships with grantees, community partners, employees, the public, government, business partners, and our colleagues to achieve our goals.
We are committed to providing access to underserved communities, giving them the opportunity to develop 21st century skills.
We align our giving in a way that leverages our financial, technological, and human resources to support communities where Adobe has employees, focusing on arts and creativity and critical local needs.
Our core values of partnership, leadership, integrity, and opportunity underscore every action we take, every decision we make.
