Ovation updates the look of PowerPoint presentations to meet the expectations of today's audiences. It improves the appearance of a standard PowerPoint presentation by adding visual effects that range from subtly polished to vibrantly dynamic. Ovation also provides tools that help users deliver their presentation more effectively. If users take full advantage of Ovation's presenter tools, they will confidently hit key points in their presentation, be able to drill deeper on issues that interest their audience, and will improve their pacing, so that they aren't left rushing through key material. Together, Ovation's features can significantly enhance the overall impact and effectiveness of traditional PowerPoint presentations.
Ovation features dozens of elegantly-polished themes called PowerLooks™. These sensational PowerLooks add subtle motion and polish to your presentations. They are available in a variety of color variations complete with animated backgrounds and dynamic text effects.
Low-resolution fonts with jagged edges are transformed into highly-readable text - ranging from tastefully subtle to sparkling brilliance.
Hold attention by unveiling your message with style. As each new bullet is revealed, the previous bullet steps back from the spotlight and becomes transparent or defocused.
Using the TimeKeeper™ inside Ovation, decide how long your presentation needs to be and, as you speak, Ovation will let you know at a glance if you're ahead or behind schedule.
PointPrompter™ turns your notes into a scrolling teleprompter just like TV newscasters use. Now you can stay confident and on point while citing facts, figures, dates and other data – all without memorizing or cluttering up your slides.
Add your logo or corporate PowerPoint background to turn Ovation's PowerLooks into a look all your own.
Put your best foot forward with unforgettable Walk-in, Title, Intermission and Walk-Out slides.
Make a smooth transition from point to point by peeking at your next bullet without having to reveal it to the audience first.
Attach hidden, expanded information to your slides that you can optionally dive into in response to audience questions.
Ovation's Intermission displays a countdown clock to ensure everyone's back from break on time.
Yes, by default, Ovation will apply the layout and visual look designed for that PowerLook, however users can selectively choose to keep the layout, fonts, colors, or background from the original PowerPoint slide.
Yes, Ovation has an export function that allows an Ovation enhanced presentation to be saved and moved to another machine.
Yes, all notes created in PowerPoint will be directly imported into Ovation's teleprompter.
Because Ovation offers a teleprompter, presentations that are created by someone else can be delivered by anyone. Simply have the person who created the presentation write an outline or script of the presentation in PowerPoint's note cards. Then, when users deliver the presentation with Ovation, they can simply refer to the teleprompter to make sure all key points are covered.
Yes, there are a variety of ways to customize Ovation's PowerLooks. Users can add their company logo to a PowerLook by dragging and dropping in the Customize Look panel. Users can also add their company's standard PowerPoint background to most PowerLooks. Other PowerLooks can be customized with a logo or picture that becomes part of the PowerLook. Branding elements also can be added as an overlay.
Currently, we have no plans to release new PowerLooks.
