Start your subscription
To start a subscription, simply choose the subscription option and which plan you want when you purchase your Creative Suite software on Adobe.com. Download the software and begin using it. Regardless of the plan you choose, your credit card will be charged monthly.
Manage your subscription
Once you purchase your subscription software, you can log into your Adobe account to stop and restart your month-to-month subscription, edit your payment or contact information, or change your subscription plan.
Cancel your subscription
To cancel a month-to-month subscription, log into your Adobe account, go to Manage Your Subscriptions, and follow the onscreen instructions; or contact Adobe Customer Service. To cancel a one-year subscription, you must contact Customer Service.

Your subscription requires agreement to payment terms and conditions, recurring Internet activation, and recurring subscription payments with a valid credit card. Phone activation is not available.
1Annual commitment and monthly payments required; early termination will be subject to a recalculation of payments for the months you used the software.
2Subscription accounts can be reactivated within six months of expiration. After six months, your account will be deactivated and you will have to purchase a new subscription.
