No. To create PDF files, you can use the CreatePDF online service, which has monthly and annual subscription plans available for purchase. You can also convert files to PDF using Acrobat XI.

Yes. You can fill out, save, and send forms on your Android or iOS device. You can also sign PDF forms with your finger using the Ink Signature tool.
- Is it possible to electronically sign documents using the Reader mobile app?

Yes. You can use the Ink Signature tool to sign a PDF file simply by using your finger. On Android devices, the Send For Signature feature also lets you connect to the Adobe EchoSign® electronic signature service to easily send a document to others for signing, track the entire process, and store signed documents online. You will need a free or paid account to use EchoSign. The free account allows you to send five documents a month. Upgrade to a paid subscription to send, track, and store additional files.
- Can I open password-protected and encrypted files with the Reader mobile app?

Yes. The Reader mobile app lets you view password-protected PDF files and encrypted files protected by Adobe LiveCycle® Rights Management, which supports the highest grade of PDF encryption up to AES-256.
