Utiliza la herramienta Organizar páginas de Acrobat para dividir un PDF grande en varios archivos más fáciles de gestionar.
Introducción
Adobe está repleto de herramientas útiles, y una de ellas permite dividir rápidamente archivos PDF de gran tamaño en archivos más pequeños.
Soy Sarah, y si queréis aprender a hacerlo, estás en el lugar adecuado.
Para empezar, navegaremos a la herramienta Organizar páginas y hacemos clic en Abrir.
Ahora busca dónde está guardado el PDF e impórtalo a Acrobat.
Ahora ya tenemos tu archivo preparado.
Divide por páginas, tamaño de archivo o marcadores
En la barra lateral, haremos clic en Dividir.
En este menú desplegable, se nos ofrecen varias opciones para saber cómo dividir el archivo.
Podemos dividirlo por el número de páginas, así, por ejemplo, si establecemos este número en 2, cada dos páginas se dividirá en su propio PDF.
También podemos dividir por tamaño de archivo. si disponéis de esa información o por los marcadores más importantes.
Si queremos ser más específicos sobre cómo dividimos este archivo, podemos hacerlo en las opciones de salida.
La ubicación predeterminada donde se guardarán los nuevos archivos es la misma carpeta que contiene el archivo original, pero aquí podemos especificar uno diferente.
También podemos hacer algunos cambios en los nombres de los archivos, para poder llevar un seguimiento de cada uno de ellos fácilmente.
Divide varios archivos PDF de una vez
Si tenemos queremos dividir varios PDF, podemos añadir los demás archivos aquí en el menú Dividir varios archivos.
Todas las opciones seleccionadas se aplicarán a todos los archivos.
Cuando hayamos elegido las opciones hacemos clic en Dividir.
Acrobat guardará los nuevos archivos en la carpeta que hayamos especificado.
