Adobe Acrobat offre une option très pratique pour la signature électronique de documents PDF et l'envoi de fichiers pour signature à d'autres personnes.
Je m'appelle Sarah, et je vais présenter l'outil Remplir et signer d'Acrobat.
Ajouter une signature ou un paraphe
Une fois le document ouvert, l'outil Signer électroniquement se trouve dans la barre supérieure.
Il est également disponible dans la barre latérale Tous les outils, sous Remplir et signer.
Pour signer un document, cliquez sur Ajouter une signature.
Dans cette fenêtre, vous pouvez saisir votre nom et sélectionner un style de police.
Vous pouvez également tracer votre signature à l'aide de la souris, ou charger une image.
Une fois qu'elle vous convient, cliquez sur Appliquer.
Si vous souhaitez simplement parapher un document, procédez de la même manière en cliquant sur Ajouter un paraphe.
Cliquez sur la signature que vous venez de créer et placez-la dans le document.
Pour modifier sa taille, utilisez les boutons de taille de police ou redimensionnez-la manuellement.
Pour la supprimer, cliquez sur l'icône de corbeille.
Remplir un formulaire avec des marques supplémentaires
Si vous avez besoin de symboles pour remplir un formulaire, en plus d'une signature, vous avez la possibilité d'insérer une croix, une coche, un point, un cercle pour entourer une réponse ou un trait pour rayer une mention.
Si vous devez saisir du texte, utilisez l'outil Texte.
Une fois le formulaire complété, cliquez sur ce bouton pour enregistrer une copie en lecture seule qui inclura un certificat Adobe Acrobat Sign.
Demander des signatures
Si la signature d'une autre personne est nécessaire, cliquez sur le bouton Demander des signatures électroniques.
Dans cette fenêtre, saisissez les adresses e-mail des destinataires et indiquez l'endroit où signer.
Cliquez n'importe où dans le document pour insérer un champ de formulaire.
À l'aide des options de menu, sélectionnez le type de champ souhaité.
Lorsque vous avez terminé, cliquez sur Envoyer.
En ouvrant le document, les destinataires pourront utiliser les mêmes outils pour répondre à votre demande.
Ces outils simplifient considérablement la signature électronique et accélèrent le traitement des documents importants.
