Position Summary
This position is responsible for the successful delivery of training on Omniture's product suite and web analytics in general as part of the Omniture University program. Training will take place primarily at client training centers in the Tokyo/Japan and/or via eLearning. Travel may be required 5-10%.
Responsibilities
- Be the main point of contact for Sales, Partner Management, Account Management within the organization and customers sell them the value of education
- Conduct effective classroom training on Omniture solutions, including technical training, implementation training, and end user training.
- Conduct live web training sessions using web-conferencing and collaboration software.
- Successful interaction with Omniture customers before, during, and after training delivery
- Work with others on the Adobe Training Services team and across all Omniture departments to ensure a high level of technical accuracy in product training.
- Potential participate in the creation of new classroom courses dealing with any and all facets of web analytic including implementation, best practices, data analysis, online marketing, campaign management, etc.
- Provide end user support in data analysis and data interpretation.
Requirements
- Native Japanese and good English speaker
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills - both verbal and written (Sample training session will be part of the interview process).
- Minimum 5 years training in a classroom setting, ideally in a corporate training environment delivering proprietary software solutions
- Must be self-managed, responsive, and dedicated to customer support.
- Strong understanding of HTML and web protocols.
- Demonstrated ability to deal with change and be a team player.
- Lead the team in Japan
- Responsible for revenue and utilization reporting weekly
- Bachelor's degree in related field
Special consideration given for:
- Prior Web analytics and/or business intelligence experience
- Prior software training experience
- Prior technical experience, including programming or web development
- Prior software implementation experience, especially with web applications
- Masters degree or other advanced education in related field
- Project management experience
- Consulting experience
- Functional knowledge of with JavaScript, ActionScript, AJAX, and Web 2.0 technologies.
