The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the need for organizations to pivot to a digital-first model of engagement. As the civil service broadens and deepens its digital engagement with citizens and businesses alike, it has become ever more crucial to ensure a smooth and engaging user experience, and public officers must be equipped with both the ‘hard’ digital competencies and ‘soft’ creative abilities to master these new channels of engagement.

An application that enables users to harness insights from data across their online platforms in order to better understand choke points in the digital experience, and make better decisions on how to communicate and serve citizen or enterprise stakeholders better.

Adobe Target (AT)

An application that enables users to personalize and automate outreach to stakeholders at scale through automated, intelligent campaigns, ensuring that no stakeholder gets left behind. It has enabled government agencies and public officers to orchestrate and provide better experiences to different groups of stakeholders.
