Solutions Consultant


Position Summary

This position provides cross-functional expertise (business development, solutions consulting and solutions architecture) to support sales of Adobe Marketing Cloud and services. As such, Solution Consulting teams work cross-functionally with internal partners in sales, marketing, consulting services, account management, engineering and others as well as external customers to respond to, develop and deliver solutions for Adobe customers and their organizations. Also this position is responsible for keeping long customer relationship by providing business consulting and support after customer purchase our solution.



Responsibilities

  • Works with sales account executives to create Account/Opportunity plans along with detailed schedule to close opportunities by expected time
  • This position should play pivotal role to plan above, team with appropriate functions, even with Global Solution Consulting team
  • Works with sales account management and others to identify, prepare and deliver solution messaging to customers or prospects to demonstrate the value proposition of Adobe products and services
  • Proactively identifies competitive threats to sales and provides business and technical recommendations and input to proactively address these in solutions positioning and proposals
  • Delivers solution positioning using a variety of tools and techniques, including presentations, solution proofs (custom demonstrations, prototypes, etc.), webinars, white papers, responses to RFI/RFQ inquiries, offsite proof of concept projects, etc. Works closely with internal, shared services groups to leverage existing tools, templates and other resources
  • Describe the best solution architecture of Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions and existing customer systems to solve customer’s key business requirement
  • Works with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical or related issues in the pre-and post-sales environments to remove potential impediments to sales and to support customer satisfaction, renewal and other metrics and targets
  • Trains and/or mentors new or less experienced sales account managers and solution consultants in SC standardized processes, systems and other work tools and resources.


Requirements

  • 5-7 years’ experience as Pre-sales Engineer/ Solution Consultant for Enterprise Application vendor/ SI, including over 3 years’ experience in On-line/ Digital Marketing space
  • Any industry specific experiences or knowledge is a plus
  • Experiences in data analytics, digital ad spaces is a plus
  • Web site management, Web analytics, Site optimization, Ad optimization, Social marketing, data driven marketing is a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of website marketing and analysis, including search engines, e-mail, affiliates, and CRM
  • Working knowledge of client-side and server-side scripting technologies, including JavaScript is a plus
  • Understanding of HTML, Flash, and web protocols
  • Understanding of website platforms such as PHP/.Net/JSP is a plus
  • Understanding of e-commerce platforms is a plus
  • TOEIC 700 over
