Esquisser
Pour commencer, Kendall Plant a créé des variantes de son dessin initial pour représenter les différents états de mouvement. Elle a enregistré chacune de ces variantes dans un fichier distinct. Elle a ouvert la première esquisse dans Photoshop, puis fait glisser les autres fichiers dans le document, en appuyant sur Retour (ou Entrée) pour placer chaque fichier dans son propre calque. Elle a ensuite cliqué sur l’icône de verrou pour déverrouiller le calque original.
2 Animer
Pour animer ses esquisses, Kendall Plant a ouvert le panneau Montage (Fenêtre > Montage), sélectionné Créer une animation d’image dans le menu déroulant, et choisi Créer des images d’après des calques dans le menu latéral. Si vous avez déjà utilisé le panneau Montage, il sera peut-être rempli d’images vides par défaut. Le cas échéant, cliquez sur la première image, puis sur la dernière tout en appuyant sur la touche Maj. Choisissez alors Supprimer les images dans le menu latéral, puis Créer des images d’après des calques.
3 Définir la vitesse d’animation
Pour que chaque image ait la même durée, Kendall Plant a cliqué sur la première image dans le panneau Montage, puis sur la dernière tout en appuyant sur la touche Maj. Vous pouvez cliquer sur la flèche pointant vers le bas d’une image et définir l’intervalle sur 0,1 seconde. La valeur de toutes les images sélectionnées est alors modifiée. Kendall Plant a ensuite choisi Toujours dans le menu déroulant en bas du panneau Montage pour que l’animation soit lue en boucle. Pour prévisualiser la durée de votre animation, cliquez sur le bouton de lecture.
4 Exporter au format GIF
Choisissez Fichier > Exportation > Enregistrer pour le Web (hérité). Définissez le format d’exportation sur GIF et les options de boucle sur Toujours.
Partager le GIF de l’animation
Créez votre propre GIF, partagez-le sur les réseaux sociaux ou avec vos amis, et continuez à donner du mouvement à votre créativité.
