Associate Consultant, Adobe Campaign
Position Summary
Marketing isn’t what it used to be. Adobe needs talented people who can bring Adobe Campaign and its advanced technology to our customers so they can be successful in the new age of marketing. You’ll use SQL, JavaScript, XML, and Web Services to build sophisticated ETL processes, extend product functionality, and set-up the large-scale delivery of communications with dynamic content in real-time. Adobe Campaign natively supports email, social, SMS, and push notifications among others, and we’re ready to expand that list as new channels emerge. At Adobe we’re all about spreading knowledge and as a result you’ll have the opportunity to not only grow your own skills but you’ll also work with partners and customers to show them the value of Adobe Campaign and how they can take ownership themselves. Implementation consultants are at the forefront of customer success and it will be up to you to keep our great track-record alive.
Responsibilities
- Delivery and implementation of Adobe Campaign software solutions including Campaigns, ETL processes, and Web Applications
- Configuration and design to meet customer business needs
- Proactive problem diagnosis, troubleshooting and resolution
- Knowledge transfer/Training to customers and partners on solution implemented
- Facilitation of requirements gathering
- Communicate pro-actively and effectively to a variety of audiences.
- Resolve complex technical issues and drive innovation that improves system availability, resiliency, and performance.
- Lead by example as a hands-on developer to design, implement, and take ownership of both new and existing functionality.
Requirements
- Experience of integration of distributed system via WebService (SOAP/REST).
- BI solution/tool experience
- Understanding of various security technology (data encryption, SSO, SOAP API).
- Experience of BPM/Workflow design.
- Enterprise package software experience such as BI, CRM, ERM, SCM and AddOn customization experience
- Past technical support experience working in the ESP (Email Service Provider) and Campaign management/automation solution space for a software company is an asset.
- Excellent communication skill (Japanese and English)
- Excellent interpersonal skills/Strong team player and a positive attitude towards solving problems
