Account Development Manager
Position Summary
Direct Response ADMs are responsible for qualifying prospective customers prior to meeting with Sales Executives. Includes following up on marketing generated responses, new market penetration, calling on senior-level executives, trade show attendance, webinar and event follow-up, and more.
Responsibilities
- Screens leads based on set criteria the inquiries collected through marketing activities
- Makes calls to the prospects to explore and develop opportunities
- Visit prospect customers to present and demonstrate the proposal
- Nurture leads and develop them in to accounts for Account Executives to execute on
- Meet the goals set that are aligned with the overall objective of the Digital marketing sales
Requirements
- 3-5 years of Tele-sales or Sales experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, and driven by results
- Proven ability in penetrating small and large corporations to find decision makers
- Past success in call-list building and prioritizing
- Ability to accurately forecast based upon realistic opportunity assessments
- Ability to develop and nurture customer relationships
- Maintain pro-active relationships with all partners associated with respective opportunities
- Bilingual (English and Japanese) and Bicultural
