We have a long history of offering our products to students and teachers at a reduced price. Young people around the world need skills that will help them secure employment in the 21st century. The Cloud
The Cloud is an important form of computing that has enabled the rapid growth in the use of mobile devices and online services. Entrepreneurs worldwide — some from countries that missed out on earlier waves of technology innovation for reasons such as lax intellectual property laws — have a new opportunity to compete as a result of the shift to the Cloud. As Adobe's online services business grows, our ability to serve our customers is threatened by the adoption of trade policies that restrict cross-border data flows, set government standards for data storage or cybersecurity, or mandate that servers be located only in certain jurisdictions. Our customers want access to their data anywhere from any device, and we continue to work to make this a reality in the global economy.

We also believe that intellectual property protection, competitive tax policies, and transparent market regulations are critical to the success of domestic business. And we support trade agreements that help improve market access, harmonize regulations, facilitate seamless cross-border data flows, and foster greater international cooperation.
