Notes de bas de page en une seule étape
Placez votre curseur dans le texte, puis cliquez dessus avec le bouton droit de la souris. Sélectionnez l'option Insérer une note de bas de page, puis saisissez le texte de la note. Un numéro de référence est inséré dans le texte et votre note de bas de page apparaît en bas du bloc de texte. Si vous utilisez la dernière version d'InDesign, la note de bas de page sera automatiquement répartie sur toutes les colonnes du bloc de texte.

Répartition d'une note de bas de page sur plusieurs colonnes
Sélectionnez le bloc de texte, puis cliquez dessus avec le bouton droit de la souris. Sélectionnez Options de bloc de texte. Cliquez sur l'onglet Notes de bas de page, cochez le cases Activer les remplacements et Ajuster les notes de bas de page aux colonnes, puis cliquez sur OK.

Pour répartir toutes les notes de bas de page du document sur plusieurs colonnes dans les blocs de texte, sélectionnez Texte > Options de note de bas de page du document. Cliquez sur l'onglet Mise en page, cochez la case Ajuster les notes de bas de page aux colonnes, puis cliquez sur OK.
