What organisations are eligible?
To be eligible, an organisation must be recognised as a charitable or non-profit organisation in the country where it is registered. For example, in the United States, a non-profit must be an IRS-recognised 501(c)(3) non-profit organisation or a public library. Public libraries must either have valid 501(c)(3) non-profit status or be listed in the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) database.
What product offers are available?

Non-profits can get one-year subscriptions to Adobe Acrobat Pro at a substantial discount and Adobe Express for no charge. Non-profits can get Adobe Creative Cloud individual one-year memberships at a discount. See product offers for the cost for each product.

Access to Adobe Creative Cloud is administered through our programme partner TechSoup.

Which people affiliated with the non-profit are eligible?
Non-profit staff are eligible to receive Adobe for Non-profits product offers. Non-profit beneficiaries, members and donors are not eligible for Adobe for Non-profits memberships.
How can we qualify?
Individuals need to validate their non-profit status to request each product. In the application process, you will be asked to provide the organisation’s name, a valid organisation email address and a few details about your organisation. Validation takes one to three working days.
Do I need to qualify for each product offer?
Yes, you must complete the validation for each product offer. Adobe is working to streamline this process in the future.
Is there a limit on the number of subscriptions my organisation can request?

If your organisation qualifies as an eligible entity, you can access and take advantage of the following offers:

  • Up to 50 Adobe Express Premium plan licences
  • Up to 10 Acrobat Pro licences
  • Unlimited licences for the Adobe {{cc-all-apps-plan}} at a discounted rate
