Economic and technology shifts have changed the management of web production processes since the time we first developed Macromedia Sitespring. While some web development professionals have adopted Sitespring to more successfully manage website production, many web teams have found their needs to be more diverse than the features provided by the existing product.
We value the investments web professionals make in our solutions, and will continue to support existing Sitespring customers. However, we've decided to stop enhancing Sitespring in order to focus on the Macromedia MX vision of an integrated family of client, tool, and server technologies for building Rich Internet Applications.
