Partager le fichier
Vous pouvez partager vos designs et vos révisions pour recueillir des commentaires et travailler en étroite collaboration. Voici comment faire :
Ouvrez un fichier dans l’éditeur d’Adobe Express, puis cliquez sur Partager dans la barre en haut de l’écran. Dans le menu contextuel, cliquez sur Inviter des collaborateurs. Vous pouvez ensuite définir des droits d’accès, en autorisant par exemple toute personne disposant du lien à modifier ou à consulter et commenter le fichier. Enfin, saisissez l’adresse e-mail des personnes invitées ou copiez le lien à transmettre aux destinataires de votre choix.
Modifier le fichier à plusieurs
Pour aller plus vite, collaborez en temps réel avec votre équipe dans Adobe Express. Vous pouvez inviter d’autres personnes à accéder simultanément à votre fichier et à le modifier en mode cocréation. Voici comment faire :
Ouvrez un fichier dans l’éditeur d’Adobe Express, puis cliquez sur le bouton Partager. Ajoutez l’adresse e-mail des destinataires que vous souhaitez inviter. Vérifiez ensuite au bas du menu d’invitation que le droit de modification est accordé (la mention « Modification » doit apparaître). Lorsque les personnes invitées accèdent au fichier, vous pouvez voir leur curseur se déplacer au fil de leurs actions.
Il est également possible de modifier les paramètres du lien
pour rendre le contenu accessible à toute personne au sein de votre organisation ou disposant du lien.
Commenter et réviser
Vous pouvez ajouter des commentaires dans un fichier via le panneau Commentaires. Cliquez sur l’icône Commenter dans la barre en haut de l’écran, à côté du bouton Télécharger. Toute personne invitée par un lien peut consulter et commenter le fichier, même si elle ne dispose pas d’un compte Adobe Express. Il n’est pas nécessaire de se connecter ou de s’abonner à Adobe Express, ce qui permet de collaborer facilement avec tout le monde.
Dès qu’un commentaire est ajouté, il apparaît automatiquement dans le panneau Commentaires de l’application. Vous pouvez épingler des commentaires à des zones spécifiques, y répondre, les traiter et les filtrer. Ainsi, vous centralisez l’ensemble des travaux et commentaires dans un seul fichier.
